Corporate Trainings for Employees of Belstar Microfinance Limited
Hand in Hand Academy has been delivering comprehensive training services to Belstar Microfinance Limited since the 2019–20 financial year.
These are structured training programs related to induction program for freshers, refresher training for existing staff and performance-driven capacity enhancement.
These initiatives begin with structured Induction Programs that familiarize new hires with Belstar’s organizational processes and systems. This is followed by Role-Based Training, tailored to equip employees with the practical skills and knowledge required for their specific job functions.

The training sessions focusses on topics such as product, process, planning, customer service, grooming skills, POSH training, Cyber Security and Branch Refresher Trainings. Based on the assessment findings, targeted grooming skills training sessions are organized for select staff members.
Through consistent and high-quality delivery, HIH Academy continues to strengthen Belstar’s capacity-building efforts and workforce readiness across its operational footprint.
Training on Use of ERP Softwares for Admin Staff of Adhi Parasakthi Dental College
HIH Academy has entered into an MoU with APDCH to drive an Entrepreneurship culture at their campus which involves a structured approach to engaging their Faculty members and students. Based on the successful progress of the program, APDCH, has given the second assignment to conduct Tally Prime Course to the Admin and Accounting staff of APDCH. This Tally Prime training program has been designed in a hybrid mode with online sessions on 3 weekdays and offline sessions at APDCH on Saturdays.

Performance Growth and Lifeskills Program for NGO Executives
The nature of work carried out by the staff working in Development Sector, involved in Grassroot Levels is intense both physically, mentally and emotionally.
In this context, a hands on workshop was designed modeled around effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, team building, leadership skills, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, stress management, problem solving etc. to develop their capacities and enhance their performance.

Capacity Building and Entrepreneurship Development for Board Of Directors & CEO's of Farmer Producer Organisations
HIH Academy successfully conducted a series of ‘Capacity Building and Entrepreneurship Development Programs’ for the Board of Directors & the Chief Executive Officers of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). The programs were funded by NABARD under the Central Sector Scheme of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare. Two batches were conducted in November 2024 at HIH Academy and 5 batches were conducted in December 2024
Locations covered during December 2024 are the third batch at the Academy on the 11th, YMCA, Salem on the 12th, KVK, Virudhachalam on the 17th, KVK, Karaikal on the 18th and KVK, Perambalur on the 27th. Each program comprises 3 FPOs belonging to the respective regions. The program aimed to ​enhance leadership skills, governance practices, and entrepreneurial capabilities among the FPO leaders to strengthen their organizational management and decision-making abilities. ​​​​​​​​​​

The training included modules on strategic planning, financial management, value addition, market linkages, compliance with regulatory frameworks and challenges faced by FPOs. Subject experts with practical experience from MABIF, KVKs and independent consultants having years of experience are deployed as Resource Persons for the training with additional support from the FPO-NRM team. This initiative is expected to empower the Board members and CEOs to drive sustainable growth, improve farmer incomes, and contribute to the overall development of the agriculture and rural economy.​​​​​
