Entrepreneurship Day Celebrations

Hand in Hand Academy for Social Entrepreneurship facilitated the Entrepreneurship Day program at Adhi Parasakthi Engineering College.

As part of the event, 65 stalls were set up, showcasing a wide range of products by women entrepreneurs trained and supported by Hand in Hand India. The exhibits included items related to food processing, handicrafts, ready-made garments, artificial jewellery, cosmetics, herbal products, and other consumables.

The event attracted a footfall of nearly 1,500 students from Adhi Parasakthi and neighboring colleges, generating sales of over ₹60,000, offering both market exposure and encouragement to the participating entrepreneurs

Summer Camp

To engage children's productivity during the holidays, the Academy has initiated “Fun, Innovation & Technology Learning and Life Skills (FILL)”, a 4-day Summer Camp for Children in the 11-15 age group.

The FILL summer camp consisted of well-thought-out, balanced and holistic activities and inputs to stimulate the young minds in terms of both logical thinking and creative thinking. There were inputs related to Making Maths fun to learn, Science Technology Engineering Maths (STEM) sessions on one side and Life Skills sessions on the other, Problem-Solving & Out of the Box thinking sessions, Coding sessions and Arts & Culture related session. To motivate and stimulate the young minds through new exposure and interactions, the children were taken for exposure visits to IIT-Madras- Centre of Innovation and Birla Planetarium.

Bootcamp Training

Belstar and HIH Academy conducted an intensive 3-day boot camp for the training team from March 19th to 21st, 2025, at the HIH Academy, as part of a 45-day intervention program.

The boot camp was designed to enhance the capabilities of trainers by focusing on the following key areas:

Managing employee performance through training and facilitation
Enhancing managerial performance
Understanding business challenges and designing effective curricula
Mastering facilitation techniques to create lasting impact
Supporting the performance journey of new employees
Stimulating and sustaining the performance of experienced staff
