Executive training
Hand in Hand Academy has been rendering training services to Belstar Microfinance Limited since FY 2019-20 with the due approval of its Board. As per the agreed practice with Belstar, our Regional Training Managers (RTMs) conducted training services for the employees of Belstar. The training programs are meticulously designed to align with Belstar’s operational needs and strategic goals, focusing on enhancing employee skills, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.

The training sessions were organized through a blend of classroom and online training modes ensuring flexibility and comprehensive learning. These training services are structured to ensure that all new employees are effectively inducted into the organization and that existing employees receive regular updates to stay current with operational and industry changes.
Hire-Train-Deploy Model
Hand in Hand Academy designed a unique Hire-Train-Deploy model for Microfinance institutions.
Under this model, the Academy will source the prospective candidates and do first-level screening. Then the suitable candidates will be scheduled for a personal interview at Microfiance company and deserving candidates will be shortlisted.
Shortlisted candidates will be taken through a comprehensive 24-hour intensive training online by Hand in Hand Academy. Post training assessment will be done by Microfinance compnay and successful candidates will be placed in the role of Business Development Executive(BDE)/Customer Service Executive(CSE).
Under this model, Hand in Hand Academy entered an agreement with Muthoot Fincorp Limited to empower rural youth by offering them employment in Muthoot Fincorp Limited through a unique Hire-Train-Deploy model.
