Grand Entrepreneurship Challenge Program
Hand in Hand Academy designed the Grand Entrepreneurship Challenge Program to motivate the students to develop Entrepreneurship Mindset with an opportunity to win Cash Rewards of up to Rs.6 Lakhs.

The students were given classroom inputs on Entrepreneurship for Five Days. Post the classroom training inputs, the students had to start their Enterprise by registering a company and run the business for THREE months. Cash Rewards were given to the Student Teams based on different Performance Criteria such as Firm Registration, Turnovers, Profits Generated, Business Execution etc.

Entrepreneurship Programs for Retiring Officers of Indian Army

Hand in Hand Academy for Social Entrepreneurship in collaboration with Atal Incubation Centre – Jyothy Institute of Technology Foundation (AIC-JITF) has conducted a Five Days Entrepreneurship Development Program for the To-Be retired Indian Army Personnel at MEG Regiment, Bangalore.

The uniqueness of this program is the seed funding support of Rs.2 Lakhs given as zero interest loans to the participants if they come up with viable business plans. The seed funding is provided by Atal Incubation Centre-Jyothy Institute of Technology Foundation (AIC-JITF), the collaborating partner of Hand in Hand Academy for Social Entrepreneurship.

The EDP was custom designed for retiring military personnel and curated under guidance of Maj Gen M Indrabalan (retd).

Credit Based Course on Entrepreneurship
​Hand in Hand Academy for Social Entrepreneurship is conducting a 4 Points Credit Course on Entrepreneurship at Saveetha Engineering College. The course offers inputs on Entrepreneur Competency Development, Business Opportunity Guidance, Generating Innovative Business Ideas, Idea to Market, Compliance Aspects, Pre-Feasibility Studies, Market Research, Business Plan Preparation, Small Business Management, Digital Marketing

Micro Entrepreneurship Training in LED Bulbs Assembly, Manufacturing and Sales
The President of Minnal Village Panchayat, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District took a special initiative to promote Group Enterprise for assembly of LED lights engaging differently abled persons. The Panchayat President contacted Hand in Hand Academy for Social Entrepreneurship to support this initiative.
Accordingly a tailor made program was designed and the budget was approved by the Panchayat administration.
In this background a 5 days technical and entrepreneurship training was conducted by Hand in Hand Academy during 22nd to 26th October 2024.

Rural Entrepreneurship Programs
Rural Entrepreneurship Programs have been successfully conducted at Arts and Science Colleges. The idea behind these programs is to prevent migration of Graduate Youth from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to Chennai and other Metro cities in search of jobs and Develop their capacities to become Job Creators.
The program offered inputs on Business Opportunity Identification, New Idea Generation, Steps in Starting an Enterprise, Compliance and Statutory aspects, 220 students have been trained in the captioned program. Accessing various Enterprise related Government Schemes, Business Plan Preparation etc.​​​​​​​​​
Faculty Development Programs in Entrepreneurship and Startup Incubation
